Orchard Developments (ODNL) is an established principal contractor delivering construction, refurbishment, roofing and cladding projects across the UK.

Since 2016, we have built a strong reputation for reliable delivery, quality workmanship and straightforward communication. Our experienced team undertakes internal and external refurbishments, general builders’ works, roofing, cladding and cladding remediation projects of all sizes.

Roofing remains one of our key specialisms, including liquid-applied systems from leading manufacturers such as WestWood, Sika, Garland, Polyroof and Tor. We are proud members of the Liquid Roofing and Waterproofing Association and were selected as finalists in the 2026 LRWA Awards.
